Poppy Seed Bread

3 cups flour
1 ½ cups sugar
1 ½ teaspoons salt
3 eggs
1 ½ cups milk
1 ⅛ cups oil
¼ cup poppy seed
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ teaspoon almond extract
1 ½ teaspoon butter or butter vanilla extract
 

Mix all ingredients, beating 2 minutes with mixer. Grease and flour pan. Bake at 325˚ for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
 

Yield: 2 loaves OR 1 bundt cake OR 1 angel food cake size depending upon pan used.
