Pizza Dough

1 ¼ cups water
1 pkg. yeast (1 Tablespoon)
¼ cup oil
4 ½ cups bread flour
½ teaspoon salt
 

Heat water in microwave 45 seconds. Add yeast and let sit 5 minutes. Add oil and blend. Mix rest of ingredients. May either use immediately or let rise about 45 minutes for fluffier dough. Add pizza toppings and bake at 400˚ for 20 minutes. Yield: 2 pizza crusts. (May freeze one of the topped pizzas before baking if desired – cover tightly with foil for freezing.)
