This was one of my mom’s specialities. We had it every year at holidays. You can do the fresh cranberries in a food processor. My mom always used an old crank type meat grinder. What a delicious mess.
2 cups ground raw cranberries
2 cups sugar
1 orange, peeled and chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped pecans
1 unpeeled red apple, cored and chopped.
This keeps in the fridge for about 7 days.
