Country Sausage

Bulk sausage was non-existent in Asia. Well, at least the kind that my mom always made. I used this in sausage balls, sausage casserole, breakfast burritos…well, you get the idea.
 

1 pound ground pork
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground sage
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
 

Mix together. Cook as you would any bulk sausage.
