Rinse snow peas and trim ends. Heat 1 Tablespoon of olive oil in skillet or wok on medium high heat. When oil is hot, add a bit of garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add snow-peas, stir till mixed with oil and cover for about 2 minutes. Crack lid, add 1 Tablespoon of water and close lid while peas steam. Cook addition 1-2 minutes or until desired tenderness. Add soy sauce and sesame seeds to taste. Serve immediately.
