Wash and chop, 1 lb head of Chinese cabbage, discarding wider stems. Heat 1 Tablespoons of olive oil and 1 Tablespoon of sesame oil in skillet or wok on medium high heat. Fry 1 whole pod of garlic or 1 teaspoon of minced garlic for 1 minute. Add chopped cabbage all at once. Stir fry, stirring constantly for about 3 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of salt or sprinkle with soy sauce to taste. Garnish by sprinkling with sesame seeds if you like. Serve immediately.
