Wash and cut each celery stick into 3 pieces. If the outside of the celery stalk has fibrous strings, remove them by making a thin cut and peeling away the fibers. Bring to boil 1/2 cup of chicken broth in skillet. Reduce heat to medium low. Add celery, cooking without covering for 10 minutes or until the liquid has been reduced in half. Add cashews to taste. Heat until all is hot. Serve immediately.
