Heat 1 Tablespoons of olive oil and 1 Tablespoon of sesame oil in skillet or wok on medium high heat. Add several cups of bean sprouts. Stir often for 2-4 minutes. As sprouts begin to wilt, add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and small handful of sesame seeds. Heat through and remove. Serve immediately.
May also add chopped green onions and/or substitute sesame seeds with roasted peanuts.
