Fruits and Veggies

I should probably warn you that I could probably be vegetarian. I mean, what’s not to love about the diet of Daniel, Shadrach & friends? Paradise began in a garden, you know.

The idea here is to see what you already have in your kitchen and find something to do with it. I have listed recipes under each food – simple ways to get these delectable items on your table.

Most are amazingly simple and can be thrown together while your main dish cooks. In my case, my main dish is Mark and he is usually grilling not cooking (insert muffled giggling here).

And hey, I would love to know your simple and delicious ideas. I’ll add them and we can all enjoy.
