Easy-Peesy Parmesan Chicken

Three ingredients….nuf said.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

¼ cup Italian dressing

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

 

Place all ingredients in a large zip-lock baggie. Seal and turn over several times to coat. 

 

Refrigerate chicken about 30 minutes to marinate. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange chicken in a greased baking dish. Bake 30 minutes, sprinkling with additional Parmesan last 10 minutes.

 

You may also freeze in the marinade for later, up to 3 months. Cook frozen chicken as above – adjusting temperature to  350 degree oven and time to 1 hour.
