Place following ingredients in blender, in this order:
1 ¼ cups milk (or 1 ¼ cup water/ 3 heaping Tablespoons milk powder)
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
2 teaspoons sugar
2 heaping teaspoons baking powder
1 ¼ cups flour
Blend on medium until all ingredients are well mixed. Pour directly out of blender into medium hot skillet (ready when a drop of water sizzles). Yield: 6-8 medium-sized pancakes.
